Join Rainbow Sounds Certified Educator Lindsay Simoncavage for an interactive beginners workshop where you'll discover the transformative power of crystal singing bowls and sound therapy.

In this fun, hands-on class, you will learn real cake-decorating skills in a friendly, festive environment, guided by Larisa, founder of Tell Cake Boutique, who brings 8 years of industry experience. They’ll turn a crumb-coated vanilla cake into a colourful Christmas tree using easy piping techniques, creative colour mixing and lots of cute edible decorations.

Block printing is a lovely way of creating one-of-a-kind stationery, gift wrap or fabric and is PERFECT for Christmas! In this beginner's class, you will learn how to carve a rubber stamp which you can either design yourself or use one of Rowan’s designs. Along the way, Rowan will share with you her favourite materials and carving techniques. 

Come learn how to monoprint with Rowan Sivyer. Gelli printing is a form of monoprinting that uses flexible printing plates to create textures and layers of colour. It is easy, fun and ADDICTIVE!

Join this workshop to blend insightful knowledge with rejuvenating movement for digestive health.

We start with a short talk on digestive mysteries, including tips for managing digestion, bloating, and constipation. Next, enjoy a unique yoga session designed to support digestion, beginning with invigorating yang practice and transitioning into calming yin poses.

This practice targets digestive wellness, activating and calming your digestive organs and nervous system. You'll leave with basic knowledge of digestion and the microbiome, practical tips for gut health at home, and insights into how yoga and breathing impact your digestive system.
