About this workshop
Chirashi sushi is a simple, home style Japanese sushi bowl made by arranging fresh ingredients over seasoned rice.
In this workshop, you’ll be gently guided through preparing and assembling your own bowl, with an emphasis on slowing down, engaging the senses, and sharing the experience.
