Warm up to prepare your body for a strengthening practice.
Break down foundational techniques for poses like Crow, Side Crow, and more.
Explore tips for overcoming fear and finding balance both on and off the mat.
This workshop is suitable for beginners as well as intermediate practitioners. Here you will be able to refine your practice in a safe and supportive small group.
