The Iyengar Yoga method focuses on the precision and alignment of poses and is a systematic approach to yoga. With the consistent practice of Iyengar Yoga,
unconscious habits and patterns are replaced with deliberate, conscious actions to overcome imbalances and restrictions. It is a practical, challenging and therapeutic method of yoga, which can be practiced by anyone regardless of age or fitness.
To celebrate and to introduce these new classes to our studio, all members and pass holders are invited to try these classes for free. If you are an existing member or pass holder, the free session will automatically apply when you go to book into the class.
